The Wireless Retail Sales Associate position provides an opportunity, in a leading retail setting, to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role, working both independently and as a member of a team, to positively impact the lives of others.
Through training and personal development, we’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right Wireless products and solutions for each customer.
What you’ll do
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
- Serve as a brand ambassador by bringing your passion for people and wireless technology together to serve our customers
- Recommend products and solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Assist customers with their purchases
- Apply the appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
