**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a experienced (1 or more years), detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Intermodal Trucking Industry and can assist in the day-to-day OP, and Customer service work.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service through email and other means of communication
- Input data collected from customer into different systems
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
**Experience:**
- 1 or more years' experience in Intermodal Trucking Industry required
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong knowledge of Intermodal trucking operation
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
