A growing garment manufacturer in El Monte, CA is looking for a full-time Product Development Coordinator who enjoys a fast paced, able to multitask and detail oriented to join our team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Follow up and update customer on product development status
- Communicate with domestic and international vendors on daily basis as needed
- Ensures sample requests, receipts and hand-offs of all samples meet calendar requirements.
- Manage sample tracking, comments, and calendar related to all pre-production phases (Protos, FIT, SMS, PPs).
- Attend fitting session with customer when necessary
- Update Sample WIP reports weekly.
- Collaborate with the related departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Typing 50 words per minute.
- 2-3 years experiences in product development, will train; Experience in woman’s junior’s knitwear a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Dropbox.
- Excellent judgment and organizational ability.
- Strong proactive communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal skills – able to and enjoy working cross-functionally and across multiple business units to achieve company goals.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, detail oriented, a self-starter, and has strong work ethic.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
