Position Overview:
As an e-commerce assistant at Aurane Beauty, you will be vital to overseeing our e-commerce like the TikTok shop, and Temu platform. You will be responsible for preparing orders and engaging in TikTok influencer outreach. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with relevant experience to kickstart their careers in the exciting world of e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Aurane Beauty e-commerce platforms like the TikTok shop, Temu, Amazon, or Shopify.
- Conduct outreach to TikTok influencers to promote Aurane Beauty products.
- Assist in maintaining product listings, prices, and inventory levels on our platform.
- Monitor shop performance to reach excellent shop metrics.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries promptly to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the analysis of e-commerce performance metrics and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Prepare orders for shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Passion for e-commerce and a strong interest in the beauty industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Related Experience is preferred but not a must.
- W2 employees must be authorized to work in the US.
