We are a small, dynamic CPA firm dedicated to providing high-quality bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to local clients. We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team and grow with us.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Bookkeeping Data Input: Accurately enter and maintain financial records.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll for clients.
- Sales Tax & Payroll Tax Scheduling: Schedule and monitor client tax filings.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior accounting work experience is required; however, one year of experience in another CPA firm is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (中文) is required; knowledge of Taiwanese or Cantonese is a plus.
- Residency Status: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (we do not sponsor H1B visas).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel.
