Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Skincare Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and personalized skincare solutions to clients, ensuring they achieve their desired results. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, offering exceptional customer service, and utilizing your skills in various skincare treatments.
Duties
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine client needs.
- Provide a range of skincare services including facials, acne treatments, dark spots, pigmentations, aging lines, massages, stress relieve therapy, microblading.
- Recommend esthetic laser treatments, injectible fillers as required.
- Maintain and update client records accurately
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in scheduling and booking appointments
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service
Experience
- Proven experience in skincare or beauty consulting is preferred.
- Bilingual in English, Filipino or Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese
- Experience in esthetic laser treatment and injectible fillers is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A passion for skincare and helping others achieve their beauty goals.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
