Our team is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests, and we’re seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator Assistant to support our operations.
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations for both concepts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining office supplies and inventory for both Helms Bakery and Father’s Office.
- Help process invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks as directed.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members across both concepts to address operational needs.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Perform general office duties, including organizing and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with hospitality or food and beverage industries is a plus.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
