Job Details:
Position: Part-time position available with full-time opportunities
Location: Azusa, California
Availability: Must have open and flexible availability required due to limited on-site staff. You must be on call and available to come into work upon request during store emergencies. We are open all holidays and operate 24 hours, 365 days a year.
Compensation: $17.28 per hour (Weekly Pay) + Yearly bonus + Premium Meal Pay
Experience: Retail experience preferred
Transportation: Local candidates from the San Gabriel Valley with reliable transportation preferred
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older and comfortable with adult entertainment
Secondary Employment: Not suitable for those with very busy schedules due to limited staffing, we may not be able to accommodate alternative job schedules.
Responsibilities:
Greet and provide excellent customer service, demonstrating exceptional selling skills
Address customer concerns with sound judgment and professionalism
Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
Maintain appropriate stock levels, ensuring representation of all sizes and styles
Follow Company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and display
Complete assigned tasks responsibly, supporting store cleanliness and organization
Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures, ensuring the security of Company assets
Contribute to creating an enjoyable atmosphere for customers
Exhibit flexibility as needed in scheduling is necessary to accommodate the business requirements
Strong reasoning ability, including the capability to analyze issues strategically and tactically
Proficiency in handling American currency and providing accurate change is required
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience (minimum of 1 year)
Excellent customer engagement skills
Proficiency in Word & Excel
Ability to utilize a retail POS system & inventory scanner
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift large and heavy packages and boxes throughout the shift
Reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry products for inventory management and merchandising
Safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs without restrictions
Perform store maintenance tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning
Use and climb ladders
Perform repetitive motions such as hanging, folding, and ringing up customers
