Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to potential car buyers. You will utilize your strong communication skills and sales expertise to engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record in sales.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
- Utilize effective public speaking skills to present vehicles confidently to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms with customers to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s experience.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless purchasing process for customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing options.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on public speaking.
- Proficient in basic math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products is highly desirable.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- VW-European-Imports experience a plus.
