SUMMARY:
Content Creation:
Support the Social Media department to brainstorm new content strategies across multiple platforms, oversee the Creative photo room and create select content in partnership with the Social Media team, based on needs in a timely manner. Content includes unboxings, mystery box reveals, trending challenges and enhancing all of the amazing Beauty Creations products in multiple categories.
Retail Store Social Media:
Maintain the company social media accounts on a consistent basis by creating compelling content. Capture content throughout the company to use for engaging, unique and exclusive content for the store in order to bring awareness to the brick and mortar stores. Also visit both retail stores once a week.
Graphic Design:
Support the Retail Stores and Marketing team with graphic design needs. This includes promotional items such as in store signage, social media advertisements and website assets.
Email and SMS:
Under the guidance of the Marketing Campaign Manager, support by sending weekly email and SMS alerts to customers to advertise promotions and launches.

Day-to-day management:
Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, the Digital Content Coordinator will partner closely with cross-functional teams (mainly the Retail, Social Media and PR teams). The mission is to perform at a fast pace and produce creative social content, with a strong focus on engaging TikTok and Instagram REELS. Also elevating the look of all graphic design for several different needs including sales and promotions
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Social Media Coordinators weekly and monthly to strategize special content to support launches and campaigns for both the main company channels and the retail stores
- Create graphic content for the retail stores and Marketing; support the Creative team when necessary (postcards)
- Effectively storyboard ideas and communicate them effectively to the team
- Research new technology to create the most compelling and professional content for use on Social Media and the Company Website
- Develop, concept, plan and execute media assets (in partnership with the Social Media team)
- Send out text and email notifications to customers weekly
- Produce and coordinate videos, photoshoots, graphics, and other multimedia content that is fresh, compelling and inspires core audiences to engage in the consumer journey
- Stays current with industry/advertising/cultural trends
- Collaborates effectively with designers, copywriters, consumer engagement and product marketing teams to craft brand and content strategy
- Must work within Asana for project management to track team requests, deliverables, and deadlines
- NOTE: This is not a remote position; we work in the office 5 days a week
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintains a working knowledge of the changing digital landscape
- Regularly sources new, innovative and effective content
- Provides clear, concise communications (verbal and written) in a timely fashion
- Works independently and efficiently
- Adheres to deadlines and delivers quality work
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks in a logical manner
- Maintains flexibility with their schedule, as some events requiring social media coverage may occur outside of regular business hours
- Professional writing experience preferred
- Prior experience in professional social media profiles is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
