As a Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cannabis dispensary, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
