Responsibilities:
- Understand the features and benefits of the company's skincare products to provide professional product introductions and recommendations to customers.
- Recommend suitable skincare solutions based on customers' skin types and needs.
- Achieve sales targets and complete monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Maintain customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and address customer inquiries about product usage.
- Participate in store displays and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor information, and provide market insights to supervisors.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- High school diploma or above (majors in cosmetics or marketing preferred).
Experience:
- Prior experience in skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred; candidates with a strong interest in skincare but no experience are also welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of skincare and an understanding of different skin types and their needs.
- Excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to effectively address customer concerns.
- Strong service orientation, patience, and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
