Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the overall sales goals of the store. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, providing personalized fashion advice and product recommendations.
- Assist customers with fitting and styling options to ensure they find the perfect items.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock and arrange merchandise to ensure the sales floor is always well-presented.
- Assist in managing inventory, tagging new arrivals, and preparing items for display.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and new arrivals to best assist customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support store promotional events and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Passionate about fashion and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
