Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Aesthetic consultant / sales who is fluent in both English and Chinese to join our elite team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between our patients and practitioners, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from consultation to post-procedure.
Job Requirements:
- Over two years of experience in medical aesthetics/plastic surgery sales, customer service and consulting
- Professional customer service skills to assist doctors and nurses in communicating with clients. Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics to answer client inquiries.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, with experience in plastic surgery preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Chinese): Fluency in both languages is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the aesthetic or medical spa industry.
- Aesthetic Knowledge: Strong understanding of cosmetic procedures and the ability to articulate their benefits to patients.
- Customer-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: High degree of discretion and professionalism, particularly in handling sensitive patient information.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with scheduling and patient management software, as well as basic office applications. Experience with WeChat and other Chinese social communication platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in-person and via phone, email, WeChat, and other popular Chinese social communication platforms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Consultation Support:** Discuss a range of aesthetic procedures, including fillers, lasers, and both surgical and nonsurgical options, in a way that is clear and compelling, helping patients understand the benefits and setting realistic expectations.
- Procedure Facilitation:** Guide patients through the decision-making process, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable with their choices and the expertise of our practitioners.
- Appointment Management:** Schedule consultations and procedures, efficiently managing the calendar to optimize patient flow while maintaining a personalized experience.
- Payment & Financial Coordination:** Handle payment collection, explain financing options, and ensure a smooth transaction process, all while maintaining patient confidentiality and trust.
- Practice Promotion:** Proactively promote our practice and services, leveraging your knowledge of aesthetic procedures to qualify potential patients and encourage them to take the next step in their aesthetic journey.
- Follow-Up:** Provide ongoing support to patients post-procedure, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with their results.
