We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional beauty services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and a strong background in salon operations. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and staff.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the salon, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service.
Mentor and train staff in various beauty services including hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Implement sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and employees.
Utilize salon software to manage appointments, inventory, and customer records effectively.
Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members to encourage professional growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cosmetology practices, including hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Familiarity with salon software systems for scheduling and inventory management.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Ability to mentor team members effectively while promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of salon management.

Pay: $78,278.00 - $85,649.00 per year
