We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional beauty services. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and staff.
Duties
- Manage daily operations of the salon, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service.
- Mentor and train staff in various beauty services including hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
- Implement sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and employees.
- Utilize salon software to manage appointments, inventory, and customer records effectively.
- Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members to encourage professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology practices, including hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
- Familiarity with salon software systems for scheduling and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to mentor team members effectively while promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of salon management.
