Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics or sales and will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
Generate leads and build a network of potential clients through various channels.
Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and services.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetic industry or a minimum of 5 years in sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
Extensive network and ability to generate your own leads and clientele.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
