Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics or sales and will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Generate leads and build a network of potential clients through various channels.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetic industry or a minimum of 5 years in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Extensive network and ability to generate your own leads and clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
