Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper at KAHGO Truck Parts in Los Angeles, CA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, accounting software, finance-related activities, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.

Job Description:

Data entry for accounting transactions
Drafting various financial documents
Handling and managing accounts payable
Managing payments, including invoices, bank statements, vendor statements, etc.
Reviewing and submitting adjustments, skipped invoices, and split invoices
Following up on credits with vendors
Payroll management
Reconciliation
Journal entries
Loss and Profit Reports
Business reports Amazon/eBay/Website

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, finance, or a closely related field, with an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
