Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper at KAHGO Truck Parts in Los Angeles, CA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, accounting software, finance-related activities, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
Job Description:
- Data entry for accounting transactions
- Drafting various financial documents
- Handling and managing accounts payable
- Managing payments, including invoices, bank statements, vendor statements, etc.
- Reviewing and submitting adjustments, skipped invoices, and split invoices
- Following up on credits with vendors
- Payroll management
- Reconciliation
- Journal entries
- Loss and Profit Reports
- Business reports Amazon/eBay/Website
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, finance, or a closely related field, with an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
