Residential Accounting:

Answer Phones
Email Inquiries (Respond to emails)
Deposit Rents
Residential Tenants Delinquency Follow up
Process Payables (if needed)
Invoice Residential tenants for reimbursements
Utility Billings (METERNET & Synergy Utility Billing – monthly reimbursements & meter reading follow up & charge residential tenants) & RUBS
Rent Increases – Rent Increase rent rolls+market survey & renewals
Prepare 3-Day Notices
Call and Mail-Out Past Due Reminders to Tenants
Call managers with past due rents/advise Joel who has rents
File Evictions & Follow Up
Weekly Back up
Issue Credits to Tenants

Work Schedule

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Mandatory in-person training at the office for the first 90 days of employment.
Hybrid work schedule available. Each department is required to be physically present in the office at least twice a week, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
