Job Summary
Residential Accounting:
- Answer Phones
- Email Inquiries (Respond to emails)
- Deposit Rents
- Residential Tenants Delinquency Follow up
- Process Payables (if needed)
- Invoice Residential tenants for reimbursements
- Utility Billings (METERNET & Synergy Utility Billing – monthly reimbursements & meter reading follow up & charge residential tenants) & RUBS
- Rent Increases – Rent Increase rent rolls+market survey & renewals
- Prepare 3-Day Notices
- Call and Mail-Out Past Due Reminders to Tenants
- Call managers with past due rents/advise Joel who has rents
- File Evictions & Follow Up
- Weekly Back up
- Issue Credits to Tenants
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- No Experience Needed, We'll Train
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $18.50 - $20.00

Work Schedule
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Mandatory in-person training at the office for the first 90 days of employment.
- Hybrid work schedule available. Each department is required to be physically present in the office at least twice a week, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
