Key Responsibilities

· Maintain all accounts receivable including making daily bank deposits via remote deposit capture, posting deposits in the system to member accounts.

· Assist in Month-End Close by generating month end billing and statements.

· Prepare, record, verify, analyze and report accounts receivable transactions, and post in a timely manner.

· Maintain up-to-date billing system and accounts receivable member files.

· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

· Verify discrepancies and resolve member billing issues.

· Maintains Delinquent List and makes notification to past due accounts.

· Promptly and professionally answers all member inquiries.

· Process daily and monthly charge billing.

· Enter vendor invoices and complete weekly check run.

Qualifications

· Basic knowledge/experience on using Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· 1+ years of Accounts Receivable and Billing experience.

· Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

· A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently with a team.

· Prior Private Club experience a huge plus.

· Clubessential experience is a plus.

· Proven experience as accounting clerk or other accounting position.

· Working knowledge of General Ledger as it relates to billing and accounts receivable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
