Job SummaryThe Territory Manager(TM) oversees the sales and operations of three - five Verge Mobile store locations. The TM assesses each location'sperformance, tracks overall Territory performance, quickly identifies and responds to areas of improvement and meets financial goals.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Plans local events and promotions consistent with T-Mobile's marketing initiatives and branding Builds a team of two Store Managers and equips them with skills to hire and train employees poised to deliver the best possible customer experience Uses regular meetings with Store Manager to discuss day-to-day operations, upcoming store events and promotions Keeps store performance "scorecards," tracking areas such as: operational compliance, team dynamics, store appearance, customer satisfaction, and a rolling list of improvement areas Pinpoints performance gaps, addresses them with a sense of urgency, and escalates serious issues when appropriate Identifies and addresses gaps in operations compliance and procedures Analyzes each store P&L for individual and cross-market performance gaps and opportunity areas Recruits, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team Ensures that individual and team sales goals are met or exceeded Provides coaching on consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours which includes evenings and weekends Keeps abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile standards and technology Ensures the stores remain audit-compliant based on T-Mobile and Verge Mobile standards Ensures effective and efficient store operations Implements the company's processes and procedure

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience High school diploma or GED and 4 years of retail experience Associates or bachelor's degree and 3 years of retail experience Excellent verbal and written communication Legally authorized to work in the United States Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Multi - unit store management experience Strong track record of individual and team financial performance Operational and financial management experience Wireless industry experience Work varied shifts, seven days per week, includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree and 2 years of retail experience
