About the role: We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the Accounting and Finance division on a temp-to-perm basis. This individual will work closely with other members of the Accounting team in reviewing, maintaining, and processing invoices and work orders and services.
Reporting to the Controller, this will be an on-site role based in Burbank, CA.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Review and post sales invoices.

Review fraud orders and validate/push to be processed.

Assist on setup of new items, discount codes, and item maintenance requests.

Mail paper statements to A/R Partners.

Post and apply RMA Credits from RMA approved queue.

Provide a copy of invoices and/or RMAs to partners upon request.

Distribute monthly account statements.

Post wires and checks.
-
Review order approvals requests.
-
Month-end review of items that may be post-due or missed.

Additional duties assigned by the AP/AR Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and/or Controller.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.

Effective time management skills to meet payment and reporting deadlines.

Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

Proficiency in data entry and management.

Adaptability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment.
Education and Experience:

Accounts Receivable or Clerk experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Great Plains software is preferred but not required

Familiar with Smartsheets is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
