Work Schedule: Part Time Tues/Thurs 8am-5pm (Can Adjust Hours based on Availability)
Role and Responsibilities
Hiring a Payroll & HR Assistant to cover a leave of absence. Target hire date will be 03/03 or 03/10.
Job Description:
- Coordinator must always represent with positive energy, great attitude towards customers, and all team members
- At least 1 Year experience in processing payroll and general Human Resources duties
- Coordinator will audit the onboarding process and update any expired I9 documents
- Coordinator will be responsible for collecting weekly tip totals from stores and will calculate tip pool totals for payroll
- Coordinator will process payroll and will oversee employee’s profile and access with Isolved (Our Payroll, 401K, ACA monitoring and benefit’s managing platform, set up direct deposit for management)
- Coordinator will add employee profiles to store POS data base and manage food handlers certification
- Coordinator will audit stores to make sure they are in break compliance and review break acknowledgement forms
- Coordinator will be responsible for conducting all internal investigations and HR related situations.
- Coordinator will be in charge of Group Health enrollment, modifications, cancellations and company’s financial obligations to the plan.
- Coordinator will support 401K enrollment via Isolved
- Coordinator will be the point of contact with Worker’s Comp Insurance carrier and Concentra for all employee injuries. Will be conducting internal investigation and follow up with the injured employee.
- Monitor company break policies and compliance
- Proficient is Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Screening & Hiring Timeline:
Interviews will be held on the following dates: February 17th through February 28th
Target Hire date for Candidate: March 3rd or March 10th
Training period: Will be 2-3 Weeks rations.

Pay: $24.99 - $25.00 per hour
