Position Title: Accounting Entry Level/ Medical Claims
Major in Business - Accounting emphasis is preferred
6 months -1 year work experience in bookkeeping or accounting work
CPT/EOB and Medical Billing
Daily Duties:
- Process Authorizations from Insurances
- Insurance Screenings for client benefits
- Medical Billing
- Complete Accounting Cycle
- QuickBooks Online
- Payroll/Time Cards
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Submit Daily insurance Cliams
- Daily AR Review.
- Assist with sampling for audits and financial reviews
Work Shifts:
- Monday - Saturday, 8 hours Shifts + overtime
- 4/40 Schedule is available
- Schedules created based on company necessity. Subject to changes.
- Will work overtime according to company needs.
Additional Attributes:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Effective communicator

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
