Job Qualifications for Lead HVAC Installer:
*Minimum of 5 years experience
*Clean driving record and current drivers license
*Must be clean cut/drug free and pass background check
*Have your own hand tools and digital gauges
*Clean and neat appearance
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to work full-time and overtime with on call rotation
*Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment
*EPA certified, NATE Certified is a plus
