· Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and working papers;
· Monthly bank reconciliations;
· Overseeing accounts receivable and payable
· Manage, analyze, and audit accounts to ensure they are billed correctly each month for all rental and additional charges per their lease and investigate and resolve all discrepancies;
· Research and assess all vendor payments to ensure they are properly coded prior to payment;
· Work with lease administration, property operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, finance and legal departments to obtain necessary information for the completion of financial statements;
· Documents financial transactions by entering account information;
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;
· Maintains financial security by following internal controls;
· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential;
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills/Qualifications
· Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, SFAS Rules, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills
· Experience: Bachelors Degree, 0-5 years of hands-on accounting experience (real estate industry is a plus)
