Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts payable and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is essential for supporting our financial operations and providing insights into our financial health.

Duties

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments.
Handle corporate accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with governmental accounting as needed.
Utilize QuickBooks

Experience

Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounts payable
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently
