We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Marketing Associate to join our team and help fuel our digital growth.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for executing and supporting marketing strategies across social media, email, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital marketing in the beauty and health industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media content across IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage Social media accounts and communicate with online request.
- Recruit, manage, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand awareness.
- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts with SEO strategies, keyword research, and Google Ads.
- Support product research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Work closely with sales and design teams to create and implement marketing plans.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the beauty and health industry (industry experience is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the team’s success.
