We are a General Construction & Real Estate Development company. We are looking for an Office Assistant to manage all Administrative Accounting Work. We build mostly New Construction Multi Unit Projects. Looking for someone who is eager to learn General Residential & Commercial Construction/Real Estate Investing and is willing to grow within the company.
Job Description:
- Daily accounting of each project through provided spreadsheets/data inputting
- Paying Invoices & Creating/Sending invoices, contracts, documents, etc...
- Order Materials with different vendors throughout course of projects
- Office documents & workspace organization
- Dealing with a lot of spreadsheets & managing work through provided spreadsheets
- Looking for someone who is very thorough in their work, always double checking work, pays attention to all details & is extremely organized
Requirements:
- Must be well organized, reliable & repsonsible
- Proficient in Excel, Quickbooks, Word & Google Drive
- Available 8am daily / Open Availability
- Fluent Spanish Speaking is a MUST
- Reliable Vehicle to drive to and from places if needed (Mileage will be paid)
- Motivated in learning General Construction/Real Estate Investing
-Can work independently and great communication skills
-Office is located in Alhambra
