The entry-level Telecommunications Enrollment Associate will provide product and service information, execute customer account strategies to create sales opportunities, and help the Customer Outreach team roll out new client initiatives. The ideal entry-level candidate for this role is fearlessly creative and possesses a keen interest in problem-solving.
Telecommunications Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on client services and products in order to initiate sales and complete order requests
- Meet our company communication standards between you and the client - always handle questions, concerns, and complaints with the highest level of professionalism and care
- Work with other entry-level Community Outreach Associates and Sales Managers to prioritize customer orders and claims and deliver solutions to problem areas in the sales, service, or compliance departments
- Train cross-functionally to oversee all components of the customer experience lifecycle from initial contact to managing the delivery and installation
- Partner with the Community Outreach Manager to assist in sales, customer service, and territory tracking
- Always research to monitor industry trends and create new customer service strategies to ensure we are delivering the best-in-class customer support
Telecommunications Enrollment Associate Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Previous knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, management, or other people-facing positions
- Ability to work independently as well as with the Customer Outreach and Sales teams
- Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, team setting
- Demonstrated ability to thoroughly communicate plans, ideas, and problems in a clear and concise manner
- High-caliber communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
