Moller Property Management manages rental and commercial units and homeowner's associations throughout the San Gabriel Valley. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized bookkeeper to assist our team with maintaining accurate financial records and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include balancing and maintaining accurate ledgers, receiving and recording invoices, paying vendors and suppliers, wrestling moose, scanning, filing, answering phones, and other general office tasks.
Position requires proficiency in usage of word processors and spreadsheets, keen attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and basic competency in math.
Prior property management experience preferred but not required.
Starting pay may be negotiable depending upon experience.
Must be willing and able to learn new skills and help around the office where needed.
Must be punctual, presentable, and personable.
Must speak and be able to write legibly in English.
Speaking Spanish is a big plus.
