Appliance & TV Outlet has an immediate opening for the position of sales associate! At our outlet store we sell out of box, new, scratched or dented, overstocked appliances and TV's always at lower prices than traditional retail stores. We also sell mattresses and furniture. We are currently hiring motivated individuals who want to grow with our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Post ads daily on different platforms to increase sales
- Use excellent communication skills to interact with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and help customers with any questions or concerns
- Get more knowledge about appliances to help customers with their choice
- Consult with customers to ensure they are selecting product or service that will meet their needs and fits in the desired space
- Answer phone calls to the store in timely and professional manner to provide excellent customer service
- Accurately process invoices, financing, sales orders and track them through the delivery/installation or pickup process
- Perform other duties as required by the management
Commission pay every month once the quotas are met.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales (appliance or TV sales is a plus)
- Strong sales presence
- Have a positive attitude and a smile
- Weekend availability
