Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and professional Licensed Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in a variety of nail care services, committed to excellence, and passionate about providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, following state board regulations and salon hygiene standards.
•Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate treatments.
•Stay up to date with industry trends, new techniques, and luxury nail care products.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive salon experience.
•Promote salon services, products, and special offers. Must be okay with creating social media content.
•Work collaboratively with other team members to uphold the salons high standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA state Nail Technician License.
•Proven experience in luxury or high-end nail services is a plus but not require.
•Strong knowledge of nail health, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
•Ability to perform detailed nail art and customized designs is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•Professional, friendly, and well-groomed appearance.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
