Catering Line Cook:
Early AM start times, production & event buffet catering. Culinary skills:
Proficiency in various cooking methods, knowledge of different ingredients and flavors, ability to modify recipes.
Food safety knowledge:
Understanding and adherence to food handling standards and sanitation practices.
Organizational skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work within tight timelines.
Teamwork:
Capability to collaborate with other kitchen staff, including chefs and servers, to ensure smooth event execution.
Communication skills:
Clear communication with kitchen staff to understand dietary needs and event requirements.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust to changing menu demands, dietary restrictions, and unexpected situations.
Physical stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment

Dishwasher:
Physical ability: Able to stand or walk for long shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
Time management: Able to balance multiple responsibilities and be on time for shifts
Communication: Able to coordinate with other kitchen staff
Sanitation: Familiar with food safety and sanitation policies
Positive attitude: Have a strong work ethic and be passionate about cleanliness and organization
Responsibilities
Cleaning and restocking dinnerware, utensils, and glassware
Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles
Sweeping or scrubbing floors
Unloading deliveries
Stocking supplies
Cleaning Restrooms
Putting away all dishware and cookware
Mopping
Helping other restaurant staff members

Prep Cook:
Attention to detail: Accurately measure ingredients and seasonings
Teamwork: Work well with chefs and other cooks
Communication: Communicate well with chefs and other cooks
Organization: Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Food safety: Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation requirements
Kitchen equipment: Use kitchen utensils safely
Cooking processes: Know how to reduce sauces, parboil food, and boil water
Kitchen math: Be able to do basic kitchen math and measurements
Ability to work under pressure: Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Food Handler's Certification: Have a Food Handler's Certification
Follow prep lists created by chefs
Label and stock ingredients
Wash and chop vegetables and meat
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
Pack, label, and store prepared food items

Job Requirements:
+Morning and daytime availability.
+Must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low and work at a constant pace, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a safe manner and follow directions and ability to communicate with supervisors.
Experience Needed:
+Must have at least 1-2 years in high volume restaurant.
