FOREMAN/LEAD INSTALLER
- Minimum 5years experience in Commercial/Residential Installation
- Have good management skills
- Can read and understand plans
- Have own tools
- Good driving record
HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

- IMPORTANT - Has sufficient knowledge and experience on HVAC - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning field
- Oversee and manage all project details to include, but not limited to, staffing, materials, equipment, scheduling, purchasing, projections and related areas
- Work with internal Company staff and departments on a variety of tasks associated with estimating, pre- and post-negotiations and other areas as required. Lead and direct crews on every project
- Review contracts for scope, detail and requirements, specifications, drawings, blueprints, schematics and other documents. Identify deficiencies, issues and concerns on all projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
