HL URIMAN INC (Brea, CA) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry & 5years + Automotive Aftermarket Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, marketing, and management of automotive aftermarket products, ensuring they align with quality standards and market needs. This position is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of automotive systems, emerging market trends, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to identify their automotive aftermarket needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling a wide range of aftermarket parts and accessories to existing and new customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager, providing insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strategic Market Development(5years+): Develop targeted strategies to maximize product utilization and expand market share.
- Team Collaboration(5years +): Work with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations) to align business objectives and ensure product delivery.
Qualifications:

- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards in the automotive sector.

- Experience in the automotive parts industry or a related business
- Proven leadership in driving positive gross profit
- Experience in managing sales representatives
- Track record of successfully signing up new customers
- Proficiency in daily and monthly sales analysis
Work Environment:
- This position may require occasional travel to supplier sites and trade shows.
- Office-based with potential visits to production facilities or warehouses.
