Position Summary:
The Payroll administrator is responsible for the execution of unparalleled customer service to our Three C’s: Customers, Contingent employees, and Coworkers. We are looking for Leaders; the individuals who will drive our company forward. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the processing of payroll and related administrative functions with great attention to detail.

Role and Responsibilities:
Core functions of a PriorityWorkforce Payroll Administrator include but are not limited to:
- Payroll processing:
- Receiving timecards and calculating hours to be paid while maintaining the accuracy of hours to be paid using Excel Spreadsheets.
- Processing payroll including the time entry and verification, generating payroll checks and direct deposits.
- Administrative Duties:
- Processing new hires, verifying onboarding packets for completion, creating employee records and data entry.
- Updating employee records such as assignments, pay/bill rates and termination.
- Working with HR and Operations and Risk dept to ensure adherence to company and state policies.
- Processing garnishments and setting up employee deductions while ensuring proper adherence to required guidelines.
- Generating, sorting, matching, and scanning customer invoices and employee timesheets.
- Additional Functions
- Answering phone calls, respond to and resolve employee or customer inquiries regarding payroll, invoicing, or new hire data entry
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of office/ administrative experience. Prior experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Staffing Industry strongly desired.
- Understanding and knowledge of state and federal laws, wage and hour and payroll/ timekeeping.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook 365, ATS and CRM software. Prior experience with Avionte, Bond (Staff Suite) and Salesforce is ideal.
- Ability to navigate and work with various timekeeping and payroll systems and databases. Prior experience with People Net, NOVAtime, UAttend, AMG and Kronos is ideal.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is desired.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
