We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, designers, and retail clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our kitchen cabinet products, including materials, styles, and installation processes.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to identify market opportunities.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinetry or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with 20/20 software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for design and home improvement is a plus.
