RBI National Metals, Inc., a leading distributor and supplier in the metals industry, is seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to enhance our team in Anaheim, CA. This role is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality metal products & services, including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, & specialty alloys as well as a wide range of fabrication services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Effectively handle inbound calls to drive sales and respond with agility to customer inquiries.
Prospect Development: Proactively develop new customer relationships through outbound calls, managing leads, and leveraging online platforms.
Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with existing clients, uncovering new leads, and amplifying sales volumes.
Quotation and Order Management: Accurately quote pricing and credit terms and proficiently manage sales orders and shipment preferences.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and maintain a deep knowledge of the industry through continuous learning and networking.

Proven Experience: You have a solid background in inside sales within the metals, aerospace, industrial supply, or manufacturing sectors.
Relationship Building: Your ability to quickly establish rapport with clients at all organizational levels sets you apart.

Math Computation: You are quick with computing numbers and analyzing metrics to ensure accurate quoting and pricing of orders.
