Who You Are:
- You have a General B or Electrician C10 License.
- You have successfully grown a company from seven to eight figures in production revenue.
- You have commercial and F&B contracting experience.
- You live within 45 minutes of Brisbane, CA.

What You Will Do Each Day:
- Oversee $8M in annual projects, maintaining quality and profitability.
- Manage and lead the construction department.
- Estimate costs, job pricing, and collaborate with subcontractors and clients.
- Serve as the RME / RMO for our construction operations.
- Report weekly to C-Level leadership.
