About the Role: Yamibuy is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Partnerships to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams and external brand partners. You’ll collaborate to enhance brand visibility and drive GMV through customized marketing proposals and strategic campaign execution.This position focuses on developing impactful co-branded initiatives across a variety of platforms, with a strong emphasis on social media, especially RED (Xiaohongshu). You will also support and utilize Market Development Funds (MDF) to execute high-performing campaigns that align with both Yamibuy’s brand vision and partner goals. Additionally, you’ll track campaign performance metrics, manage day-to-day project timelines to ensure smooth execution, and lead our Yami Student Ambassador Program, working directly with Yami ambassadors and organizing campus activations to expand our presence among student communities.)
Responsibilities:
Brand & Vendor Partnerships:
- Serve as the POC for internal and external brand partners.
- Develop and pitch tailored marketing proposals and co-branded campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and GMV.
- Research and evaluate potential partners across various industries to align with business goals and target audience segments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (retail, design, social media, ads, etc.) to ensure partnerships align with strategic priorities the goal and smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Project Management:
- Define partnership performance metrics, track deliverables, and provide reports to internal teams on impact and ROI.
- Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, from proposal approval to reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Track performance metrics and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within scope.
Yami Student Ambassador Program:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing roster of student ambassadors.
- Plan and support on-campus events and content creation initiatives.
- Build community engagement among college students to drive awareness and user acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in partnership marketing or brand management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable pitching ideas and negotiating with partners.
- Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Passion for brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and student/creator community building.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
- Related work experience in an e-commerce company is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
