Duties and Responsibilities:
> Provide efficient and correct installations of heating and cooling systems (new installations and change-outs) according to manufacturer specifications
> Assist in demolition and removal of heating and cooling systems from customer's home
> Customer service with homeowners
> Ensure complete protection of customer's property during installation
> Gather detailed material list for jobs
> Unload supplies and equipment from vehicles
> Maintain inventory of vehicles
> Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently
-Valid driver’s license
-EPA certified
-Clean driving record
-Ability to work in confined spaces
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work after hours, weekends, and on holidays with short or no notice
-Reliable and self-motivated
-Willingness to invest in tools
-Ability to work with heights and in tight working conditions
-Ability to lift heavy equipment and handle physical workload
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
