Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding and fabricate industrial equipment following AWS D1.1 standards
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
Use hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
Ensure quality standards are met by identifying and correcting defects
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and provide effective solutions
Be willing to learn additional skills, such as painting and assembly tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel fabrication in a production shop environment
Ability to obtain AWS 14.1 certifications for SMAW (stick) and FCAW (flux core)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
Effective communication skills for collaboration across shifts
Ability to work flexible hours, including 8-12 hour shifts and occasional weekends
Physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout the shift
