**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
**Duties:**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
- Utilize cold calling techniques to engage with prospects and promote our products/services
- Collaborate with the service team to identify opportunities for business expansion
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM software
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to target new markets and increase sales
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or retail environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong math skills with the ability to understand retail math concepts
- Proficiency in software applications for data entry and customer management
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with customers
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
