Role Overview:
As our Ecommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online sales channels, including Amazon and Shopify. Your expertise in ecommerce strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth goals.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Channel Management: Manage and optimize our presence on Amazon and Shopify, including product listings, inventory management, and promotional activities.

Marketing & Promotions: Lead the development and execution of effective digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of ecommerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Demand & Fulfillment Management: Collaborate with operation team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Budget Management: Manage the ecommerce budget effectively, balancing investments with return on investment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a strong focus on Amazon and Shopify.
