Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Consistently and effectively promote our brand.
- Present vehicle attributes, finance options, and manufacturer promotions.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
- Ford Certified Sales Experience Preferred
- Able to work flexible 40-hour work week
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and phone
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access customer-related data, satisfy training requirements and use job-specific applications and customer retention management tools
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Requires working some evenings and weekends
