YOLA is seeking a Channel Marketing Coordinator to join the team to support the implementation of omni-channel marketing strategies to build brand awareness and traffic with each retailer to maximize growth potential, fuel long term profitability and build brand equity.
Responsibilities
- Participate in brand meetings to understand new product launch plans and assist in formulating release strategies for the US market.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans, including sampling, visual merchandising updates, promotional activities, in-store events, and product launches in the US market.
- Coordinate visual merchandising creative direction and product assortment, collaborating closely with the design team and manufacturing to ensure the DMV process runs smoothly and delivers on time.
- Contribute to retailer and internal meeting preparation including gathering necessary information, creating agendas, facilitating discussions, and managing follow ups in partnership with cross functional teams.
- Responsible for timely delivery of samples for retailer meetings, PR events, advertising, and communications development.
- Partner the brand and sales team on forecasting and aligning on targets by retailer.
- Provide analysis of retailers on hand inventory data, retail sales trends and weeks of supply. Monitor inventory at trade to ensure optimal stock availability and opportunities.
- Monitor best practices and competitive activity in Beauty, identify opportunities in product, branding, social and in-store initiatives.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed and directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of business analysis experience supporting sales team. Demonstrated strong understanding of retail and customer team perspectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of technologically driven financial analysis (ie. ROI, Pricing/Margin implications)
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be flexible in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. High energy and motivation needed.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends, media industry news, entertainment/pop culture, and retail innovations.
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,232.00 - $5,520.00 per month
